EMDR Intensives
EMDR Intensives are an accelerated and concentrated form of traditional EMDR therapy. Instead of working through trauma over many months, intensives allow us to dedicate extended time to processing experiences in a focused and supportive way.
This approach can be especially helpful for people who want to make meaningful progress more quickly, have limited availability for weekly sessions, or are preparing for a significant life transition.
Extended therapy sessions
Longer sessions create space for deeper trauma processing and integration.
Faster progress
Intensives may help reduce the time, energy, and cost often associated with long-term weekly therapy.
Tailored to your schedule
Sessions can be arranged around your availability and therapeutic goals.
Evidence-based approach
Uses the same EMDR principles and protocols within a more concentrated format.
In-person or virtual
Available from the downtown Edmonton office or through secure online sessions.
